OUR STORY
The Coasties Difference
Coasties Commercial Cleaning was co-founded by Samuel Smith and Jennifer Jung in 2020 on the Central Coast of NSW, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. For Samuel, the motivation was personal: his mother's illness showed him how much a safe, clean space matters. That experience still shapes how we work, with real care for the people who use the spaces we clean.
What started as a small local operation has grown into a cleaning company working across four regions. Today, Coasties serves the Central Coast, North Sydney to Hornsby, the Hunter Valley, and Newcastle, delivering commercial, strata, and residential cleaning with the same hands-on dedication we started with.
From Airbnb turnovers and office cleaning to post-construction handovers, pressure washing, and garden maintenance, every service reflects our founding values. We believe a clean space is about more than appearances. It's about places where people feel safe, healthy and looked after.
